June 10th, in response to the appeal of the employees and the response of the boss, the business department of our company organized a ride around the lake in Dongqian Lake under the leadership of the minister.
In our company, a team building is carried out every quarter, and each department can make its own team building plan.
For this group building we chose to ride around the lake. As for why we choose this activity, we have considered it from three aspects: 1. Corporate culture. Our company philosophy is teamwork and positivity, and sports programs can achieve this goal. 2. Work Place. Our daily work and activities are all indoors. By riding around the lake, we can get closer to nature and have a ease. 3.Team-work spirit. Cycling is a type of sports, through sports can enable employees to open themselves, let each other contact the real themselves, promote communication, enhance mutual feelings, conducive to future exchanges and cooperation.
On that day, we rode around the lake for a long time, from 8 a.m. to the end of the afternoon, during which we visited the Zhong Gong Temple, visited the art museum, and tasted the delicious lake food of the local restaurant.
In the process of riding, we met a lot of riding friends joined us who strengthened our belief in continuing to ride.
During the ride, there was a section of road, which was a U-shaped steep slope. After riding this section, we learned that compared with cycling, start from flat ground to a steep slope, then reached the peak and going down. Life is also like this, in our constant pursuit of something, we are bound to encounter many difficulties on this journey, one after another, like riding from a flat place up a steep hill to reach the highest place, then need to be more humble and cautious, to master our pace and speed. Otherwise, if you lose control, you will get a fall just like riding downhill.
Don’t miss the scenery along the way because of the rush, you can walk slowly but don’t stop. Don’t forget the original intention of departure, stick to it, we can defenitely reach the far place we want to go.
